Working Principle
1. The device efficiently draws in polluted air surrounding the machine tool into the pretreatment chamber located at its base.
2. Through the powerful centrifugal force generated by the rotating turbine, combined with the coalescence principle's accelerating effect, oil mist is seamlessly transformed into a liquid state.
3. Our multi-tiered, high-efficiency filter cotton effectively traps and intercepts even the tiniest particulate pollutants, ensuring they are not re-released or dispersed within the factory workshop.
4. A specially designed oil drainage pipe efficiently channels recovered oil back to the machine tool for reuse, maximizing resource utilization.
