Steel cable chains are divided into TL and TLG types.

The chain plates are chrome plated,with a novel appearance,reasonable structure,high flexibility and strength,good rigidity with out deformation,easy installation,reliable use,and easy disassembly.

Mainly used for the protection of heavy and large mechanical equipment pipelines.

 

1. TLG drag chains are suitable for installing a large quantity and heavy duty of cables and oil pipes which allow suspending installation (supporting is not allowed) and is lengthy.The supporting plate can be made according to the user's requirements.It is suitable for machine tools and moving machines.

 

2. TL series drag chains are mainly consisting of chain plate (top quality stainless steel with chromium plated),supporting board (extruded aluminium alloy) and pinshaft (alloy),etc.There is no relative motions' between the cables/rubber hoses and the drag chains,giving no deforming or twists.The chromium plated chain board has very nice-looking appearance and has very rational construction and flexible and high strength.It is reliable and easy to operate,install,dismantal or assemble.

TLG series:

Their bent radius ranges from 50-600 mm and the chain's height is from 35 to 150 mm .

TLG type drag chains has a max. travel range of 32 meters and are suitable for all kinds of transmissions.It can freely be made longer or shorter.In addition,the bend radius can be changed by changing the pinshaft.

The width of the supporting board is from 150 mm to 600 mm.The distance between the holes is 5 mm.
TLG has bridge and totally-enclosed type,users can make a free selection of them.

TL series:
 

It is worthwhile mentioning that the anti-wearing performance has been improved greatly due to wear resistant material and alloy pinshaft are used.The product is flexible to bending and has low resistance,giving low noises.It can be used for a very long period of time without any deformation or hanging dowm.

 

1. The drag chain can adapt to max.moving speed of 40 m/min.
2. When at the max moving speed,the sound pressure of noise shall not be greater than 68 db.
3. The service life of the drag chain shall not be less than 1 million times (reciprocating).

1. Maximum aperture of the support plate:
According to the maximum aperture of the support plate to determine the height of the chain plate and drag chain model.

2. Installation space:
Determine the length and bending radius of the drag chain according to the requirements of the installation space.

3. Environmental conditions:
According to the requirements of the use of the environment to determine the picture waterproof, oil,anti-static, weather resistance and other performance indicators.

4. Specifications of cables, hoses and other loads:
Determine the width and height of the tow chain according to the specifications of the required load of cables, hoses and other loads.

5. Internal height (The same applies to the inner width and bending radius.) :
Select the thickest one of the built-in cables, tubing, gas pipes, etc., as a reference height, plus at least 10% of the height space. If overlapping, use the height after overlapping as the reference height.
