Working Principle
1. As the machine tool operates, our system effectively draws in the polluted air, efficiently channeling it into the pretreatment chamber located at the base of the device.
2. Through the powerful centrifugal force generated by a rotating turbine and aided by the advanced coalescence principle, the oil mist is efficiently aggregated and transformed into a liquid state for easy processing.
3. Utilizing a state-of-the-art multi-level and high-efficiency filter cotton, our system captures even the tiniest particulate pollutants, preventing their re-release to ensure a thoroughly clean, pollutant-free workshop environment.
4. A specially engineered oil drain pipe ensures that the recovered oil is seamlessly returned to the machine tool, promoting reuse and significantly reducing waste.
