TLG Series:

The TLG series features a versatile bent radius ranging from 50 to 600 mm, accompanied by a chain height that spans from 35 to 150 mm, allowing adaptability for diverse operational needs.

With an impressive maximum travel range of 32 meters, TLG type drag chains are expertly crafted to accommodate all kinds of transmissions with ease and efficiency.These chains offer the flexibility to be extended or shortened effortlessly, with the added advantage of adjustable bend radius by simply altering the pinshaft.

The supporting board width ranges from 150 mm to 600 mm, with a precise hole distance of 5 mm, ensuring a perfect fit for various applications.

2. Installation space:
Carefully determine the required length and bending radius of the drag chain based on the specific requirements of your installation space for optimal fit and performance.

3. Environmental conditions:
Evaluate the environmental requirements to ensure the drag chain offers necessary performance indicators such as waterproofness, oil resistance, anti-static properties, and weather resilience.

4. Specifications of cables, hoses and other loads:
Tailor the width and height of the tow chain to match the precise specifications needed for the cables, hoses, and other loads it must accommodate.

5. Internal height (This is equally applicable to both the inner width and bending radius.) :
Select the thickest cable, tubing, or gas pipe as the reference height, ensuring to add at least a 10% margin for space. If items overlap, use the post-overlap height as the reference.
