Working Principle
1. The device expertly intakes polluted air from the vicinity of the machine tool into its base pretreatment chamber.
2. Utilizing the dynamic centrifugal force from the rotating turbine, in synergy with the coalescence principle's accelerating effect, the oil mist is effortlessly converted into a liquid form.
3. Our multi-level, high-efficiency filter cotton captures and intercepts even the most minute particulate pollutants, ensuring they remain contained and are not dispersed back into the factory workshop.
4. A uniquely designed oil drainage pipe efficiently routes the recovered oil back to the machine tool for reuse, optimizing resource utilization.
