The Intelligent Electrostatic Oil Mist Collector expertly combines mechanical and electrostatic purification methods. First, contaminated air enters the primary unit - the purifying rectifier chamber - where gravity inertial cleaning techniques and the chamber's unique structure physically separate large diameter pollutants. These pollutants are then balanced and rectified. Smaller diameter contaminants progress to the secondary unit, encountering a high-voltage electrostatic field. Here, the first stage ionizing device subjects particles to a powerful electric field, charging them. These charged particles are then efficiently captured by the second dust collector, where they adhere to the electrodes. Finally, clean air is released through the screen grille, ensuring a pristine environment.
