1. Our TLG drag chains are expertly suited for accommodating a significant volume of heavy-duty cables and oil pipes. They allow for suspended installations without the need for additional support and can be tailored to the user's specifications. Perfect for machine tools and mobile machinery, these chains offer versatility and high performance.

The TL series drag chains are a blend of top-grade components, comprising a chain plate of premium stainless steel with an elegant chromium finish, a supporting board crafted from extruded aluminum alloy, and a durable alloy pinshaft. These elements combine to ensure there is no relative movement between the cables or rubber hoses and the drag chains, preventing any deformation or twists. Our TLG series boasts an impressive bent radius range of 50 to 600 mm and a chain height that spans from 35 to 150 mm, making it versatile for a variety of applications.

The TLG type drag chains offer an exceptional maximum travel range of 32 meters, accommodating all kinds of transmission needs with remarkable efficiency.This innovative design can be effortlessly adjusted in length, with the added flexibility of altering the bend radius by simply modifying the pinshaft.

Supporting board widths are available from 150 mm to 600 mm, with a precise hole distance of 5 mm, allowing for tailored customization.
With both bridge and totally-enclosed types available, users have the freedom to select the configuration that best suits their specific requirements.

4. Specifications of cables, hoses and other loads:
Define the tow chain's width and height based on the precise specifications of the cables, hoses, and other load requirements.

5. Internal height (The same considerations apply to the inner width and bending radius.) :
Choose the thickest of the internal cables, tubing, or gas pipes as a reference height, adding a minimum of 10% extra height. If overlapping occurs, use the post-overlap height as the reference.
